What does this MR do and why?

This MR removes the no longer necessary formatAgentFlowTitle from the codebase as we already return the formatted title from the backend.

Remove formatAgentFlowTitle from utils and related files:

  • agent_flow_list_item.vue + specs
  • board_card_session_badge.vue + specs
  • agent_session_row.vue + specs
  • utils.js + specs
