Fix Vue console warnings on Security Inventory page

What does this MR do and why?

Fixes three Vue console warnings that fire on the Security Inventory page, keeping the browser console clean and making genuine errors easier to spot.

scan_profile_details_modal.vue relied solely on the #modal-title slot for its accessible name, triggering a [GlModal] Accessible name for modal missing warning. The fix adds :aria-label bound to a new s__('ScanProfiles|Scan profile details') string, which stays stable while the profile query is in flight (unlike the modalTitle computed, which returns an empty string until the query resolves).

The same [GlModal] warning also fired when confirming a Disable action from the bulk scanners drawer. bulk_scanners_update_drawer.vue was calling confirmAction(...) without a title, so the shared ConfirmModal rendered without an accessible name. The fix passes title: sprintf(__('Disable %{name}'), { name }), reusing the existing translation already used for the primary button text.

Finally, navigation_rail.vue line 225 had gl-basis-0 concatenated into the icon prop (icon="suggestion-ai gl-basis-0"), causing a [Vue warn]: Property or method "toJSON" is not defined warning via the AiPanel > NavigationRail > GlIcon chain. Moving gl-basis-0 into the class attribute so icon is just "suggestion-ai" resolves it. The affected GlNavItem is guarded by v-if="showSuggestionsTab", which AiPanel currently passes as false, so the bug is not visible today but would trigger once that flag is enabled.

How to set up and validate locally

1. Check out this branch and navigate to /groups/<group>/-/security/inventory for a group that has projects.
2. Open the browser DevTools console before selecting anything.
3. Select at least one row and open the Edit security scanners for N item drawer.
4. Confirm no [GlModal] Accessible name for modal missing warning appears on drawer open.
5. Click Disable for all next to any scanner to open the confirmation modal.
6. Confirm no additional [GlModal] warning appears when the confirm modal mounts.
7. Confirm no [Vue warn]: Property or method "toJSON" is not defined warning appears anywhere in this flow.
