Chore: update internal events validation ci component version

What does this MR do and why?

Update internal events validation to support targeting an origin branch.

The validator always fetched product_groups.json from master regardless of which branch the pipeline was running against. This caused false-positive failures on backport MRs targeting stable branches (e.g. 19-1-stable-ee), where the product_groups.json legitimately differs from master.
