Draft: Delete seat data syncing worker classes (deprecation step M+2)
What does this MR do?
This is step M+2, the final step of the 3-release Sidekiq worker
removal process for GitlabSubscriptions::Members::AddedWorker and
DestroyedWorker.
Deletes the worker classes and their specs, and removes their entries
from config/sidekiq_queues.yml and ee/app/workers/all_queues.yml
(regenerated via bin/rake gitlab:sidekiq:sidekiq_queues_yml:generate
and bin/rake gitlab:sidekiq:all_queues_yml:generate).
Depends on:
- Step M: !248689 (merged) (no-op the workers, unsubscribe from events)
- Step M+1: !250048 (merged) (purge any already-queued job instances)
Marked as draft until both of the above have been merged and had at least one release each to take effect, per Removing worker classes. This branch is stacked on top of the step M branch, so the diff will shrink to just this step's changes once !248689 (merged) merges.
