Add WAF anomaly aggregation queries

What does this MR do?

Adds modsecurity log anomaly aggregation query for fetching

Part of #14707 (closed)

Adds service for querying WAF anomaly statistics from Elasticsearch. As such, it currently depends on 2 MRs !24836 (merged) and gitlab-org/charts/auto-deploy-app!36 (merged).

Supports interval, from, and to parameters along with required environment_id
