Remove reference to outdated issue in comments

What does this MR do?

This MR deletes code comments that point to an issue, which has been closed and therefore makes the comments misleading.

Note: The issue was about removing babel-plugin-rewire, which caused karma tests to fail if no default exports where added to certain files (eg.: vuex actions and getters).
