Ensure a valid mount_point is used by the AvatarUploader

What does this MR do?

It seems some avatar uploads in the database have mount_point set to NULL. This made Geo failing to sync avatars to the secondary.

As a workaround, in the AvatarUploader we're setting mount_point to 'avatar' if it was not set.
