What does this MR do?

The link leads to https://gitlab.com/help/user/project/clusters/index#pointing-your-dns-at-the-external-endpoint (broken anchor) which doesn't show information about "Pointing your DNS at the external endpoint".

It should link to https://gitlab.com/help/user/clusters/applications.md#pointing-your-dns-at-the-external-endpoint
