Draft: Document custom Code dropdown clients setting

Documentation for the custom Code dropdown clients feature (!233416 (merged), !244658 (merged), !244659).

Adds administrator docs for configuring custom "Open with" Git clients in the project Code dropdown, plus the required spelling exceptions. Best shipped last, once the behavior in the earlier MRs is finalized.
