Backport of "Fixes the Copy commit SHA button in commits list"

What does this MR do and why?

This backports a fix for a bug that was introduced in %19.1 via Commit list refactor UX fixes (!233864 - merged).

That MR introduced some Vue .stop modifiers, which prevented some events from bubbling up. Specifically, it prevent clicks on the Copy commit SHA button from being handled by the copy-to-clipboard button.

!243937 (merged) restored it on the default branch by letting those events go through.
