Refactor Banzai context accessors

What does this MR do and why?

Extracted out of the ashes of Defer Banzai context member resolution until ac... (!231031 - closed) and Draft: Clean up PlaceholdersPostFilter (!243610 - closed).

Reduces a bunch of repetition, some unnecessary variable passing, and makes call-sites easier on the eyes.
