Stylelint: Ignore monaco style overrides

What does this MR do?

Ignore stylelint complaints about monaco style overrides, since we don't have control over monaco's html, and therefore cannot fix the issues it highlights.

Fixes some of the lint errors in issue: #27774 (closed)
