Update example to create a new issue board list
What does this MR do?
Update the curl example to create a new issue board list in https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/api/group_boards.html#new-group-issue-board-list
I used the example from Sean's comment, and adapted it to follow the docs style guide:
- removed the initial
$
- changed formatting of placeholder
- expanded curl options
- changed
gitlab.com
togitlab.example.com
- changed object IDs to smaller ones to look simpler
