What does this MR do?
It adds a Vuex module to handle the fetching and preparation (e.g: creating day-range groups) of the data needed to display a new widget on the group-security dashboard.
Note: There are two related MRs - one that adds the Vue components for rendering the widget and another that integrates the widget with the group-security dashboard (which depends on the other two and will be merged last).
