Draft: Remove ignore_column rule for ci_sources_pipelines
What does this MR do and why?
This is the final step of the ci_sources_pipelines bigint conversion. See Remove ignore rules.
It removes the ignore_column declaration for id_convert_to_bigint, project_id_convert_to_bigint, and source_project_id_convert_to_bigint from Ci::Sources::Pipeline. This is a model-only change with no migration.
Notes for the reviewer
This MR targets the cleanup branch 500029-cleanup-bigint-conversion-ci-sources-pipelines instead of master, so the diff shows only the model change. It has to merge after !242063.
Why this is a draft
The cleanup migration in !242063 is milestone 19.5 and has to drop the columns first. If the ignore rule goes away while the columns still exist, Rails caches them again. So this lands in 19.6, which matches the remove_with: '19.6' value set by !242063.
