Add GitLab 19.2 OpenBao Linux package install steps

What does this MR do?

Updates the OpenBao Linux package integration page to document the GitLab 19.2 install simplifications, while keeping the existing GitLab 19.0 to 19.1 procedure intact.

GitLab 19.2 adds two conveniences from omnibus-gitlab:

• Automatic OpenBao database and role creation via postgresql['component_databases'] (omnibus-gitlab!9440 (merged)).
• Generation of a ready-to-use Helm values file at /etc/gitlab/openbao-helm-values.yaml (omnibus-gitlab!9290 (merged)).

Because the docs tooling does not support nested tabs, the page now presents the two methods as separate version sections, each retaining its Colocated and External cluster tabs.
