What does this MR do and why?

Backport of !241288 (merged) — Revert "Merge branch '587231-update-session-list-item-format' into 'master'"

This partially backports the revert of the session list item format changes. The cherry-pick had conflicts because the original MR that introduced the changes was already present on the stable branch.

Conflict resolution: The agent_flow_list_item.vue component and its spec were kept as-is on the stable branch (preserving the href-based navigation and lastMessage display). The revert was only applied to the GraphQL fragment (flow.fragment.graphql) and test mocks (mocks.js), removing the latestCheckpoint.duoMessages fields.
