What does this MR do and why?

Add Rails side support for exposing alternative messages (previous retry attempts) on the DuoMessage GraphQL type used in Duo Workflows (Used by the FE to get the history).

When a user retries an agent response in agentic chat, the Python code gitlab-org/modelops/applied-ml/code-suggestions/ai-assist!5570 (closed) stores the previous attempts as alternatives in the checkpoint. This MR allows the FE to retrieve these alternative messages so the FE is aware of retries.

Create checkpoints with the required alternatives. Either:
1. [Faked, Without AIGW changes]: Override a checkpoint:
  1. Start a new thread, and send any message
  2. In gdk rails console run the snippet in Override checkpoint with fake attempts code
2. [Real, with AIGW changes]: Or follow the steps in gitlab-org/modelops/applied-ml/code-suggestions/ai-assist!5570 (closed) to create the following types of messages in 1 or multiple chats:
  1. A message with no alternatives => The agent message should contain an empty alternatives field
  2. A message with multiple alternatives => The agent message should have an alternatives field with multiple entries, these entries should have user and agent fields
  3. A message with a single alternative => The agent message should have an alternatives field with a single entry
  4. A message with multiple responses (tool request and tool call) with a similar alternative => The last agent message should have a alternatives field and it's agentResponses should have multiple entries
