WIP: Added spec for suggesting and applying change to MR

What does this MR do?

This merge request is to add a new spec to validate the Suggest & apply code change functionality for gitlab merge requests.

Work in progress:

1. Only coding of the script has completed, validation of script is still pending.
2. Some code refactoring in the spec file.

Availability and Testing

This request has some changes in existing views to include QA locators and requires regression to check the stability of code.
