Resolve "Add missing fields for Sentry error details GraphQL"

What does this MR do?

This adds the the following fields to the SentryDetailedErrorType:

• external_base_url: External Base URL of the Sentry Instance
• gitlab_issue: URL of Gitlab Issue
• tags: Object of Sentry tags (level, and logger)
