Docs: Filter error list by error status

What does this MR do?

This adds filtering by issue status to the docs. The error list can be filtered by 'resolved', 'ignored' and 'unresolved'. By default the error list shows only unresolved errors.

I changed these sentences so that they don't use passive voice based on grammerly's suggestion. Please let me know what you think as I'm not sure which is standard.
