WIP:Add Windows Shared Runners to GitLab.com settings page of user docs (2020-01-20)
What does this MR do?
This MR adds documentation for the new Windows Shared Runner fleet that's launching in beta to GitLab.com on Wednesday, Jan 22 2020. In keeping with GitLab's guidelines that documentation is the single source of truth, there needed to be a documentation update that includes the details on this new feature/service. For the MVC iteration of the documentation, the GitLab.com settings page was the most likely area to include the new content as it already has a documentation entry for the use of the Shared Runners hosted on GitLab.com
