Document how to customize Auto DevOps values

What does this MR do?

Documents how to use .gitlab/auto-deploy-values.yaml under the new section "Customize values for Helm Chart"

Removes the paragraph about using HELM_UPGRADE_EXTRA_ARGS as we already have that information in the environment variables table
