README.md: better distinction between single pipeline definition versus multiple instances [docs]

Marc requested to merge mrkrbr/gitlab:patch-57 into master

What does this MR do?

While a single .gitlab-ci.yml can spawn many, concurrent pipeline instances, it can define a single pipeline type. Increase the use of singular pipeline to avoid users wasting time searching how to define more than one pipeline type. Steer users towards the needs: keyword which the only way to break free from the strict ordering of stages.
