What does this MR do and why?

Add rotating time-aware greeting messages to homepage

Replace the static 'Hi, name' greeting with a pool of random messages that rotate on each page load. Move the user name to the subtitle line above the greeting.

Include time-of-day greetings (morning, afternoon, evening) and day-of-week greetings (Monday through Sunday, including weekend and Friday-specific messages) that are combined with the general pool for contextual variety.
