What does this MR do and why?

Extend the available dropdown options on the project page. This MR adds quick action like Archive, Delete, and Restore on the menu.

How to set up and validate locally

Validate dropdown options

  1. Go to a project page (http://localhost:3000/flightjs/Flight)
  2. Use the different dropdown options

Validate leave by url

  1. Join a project as a member
  2. Go to the project page with leave=1 param (http://localhost:3000/flightjs/Flight?leave=1)
