Add configurable project limit to quick access widget
What does this MR do and why?
This update makes the quick access widget's project limit configurable, allowing users to customize how many projects appear in their quick access list. Previously, the widget was hardcoded to display 10 projects, a one-size-fits-all approach that didn't account for varying user needs.
