Fix CSS classes for create granular token components

What does this MR do and why?

• Changes have been made to CrudComponent which has changed the way the some of the components on the new granular token form looks, !213514 (merged).
• In this MR we fix the CSS classes for those components.

How to set up and validate locally

1. Enable the granular_personal_access_tokens feature flag .
2. Log-in as any user and create a fine-grained token, from /-/user_settings/personal_access_tokens.
