Fix dependency proxy docs
What does this MR do?
The docs incorrectly point to the "Group Overview" tab for accessing the dependency proxy settings. These settings are actually in the "Packages" menu tab. This MR updates the docs to correctly point users in the correct direction with an image that also shows the correct menu location.
