Revert "Merge branch 'avoid-tagging-failure' into '12-6-stable-ee'"
Because of https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/release-tools/issues/358 we disabled the FOSS merge train on the security mirror on the 12-6-stable-ee branch.
This MR will revert that change.
It cannot be merged before the following items:
