This is to validate the FKs sync after async fk creation and validation All for bigint migration of deployment's primary key

✅ We need to wait and check that Adding duplicate FK to deployments (!221759 - merged) has successfully run on production Gitlab.com and that the indexes are VALID before we can merge this ✅
