Draft: Remove ignore_column for duo_sast_fp_detection columns

What does this MR do and why?

Remove the ignore_column declarations for duo_sast_fp_detection_enabled and lock_duo_sast_fp_detection_enabled from ApplicationSetting and NamespaceSetting models.

This MR should only be merged after the column removal MR !222342 (merged) has been deployed and shipped in a previous release
