Update dependency gitlab-cloud-connector to 1.43.0
What does this MR do and why?
This bumps gitlab-cloud-connector gem to the latest version (1.43.0) Diff: https://my.diffend.io/gems/gitlab-cloud-connector/1.42.0/1.43.0. This fixes Self-Hosted DAP availability, it will give the self-hosted-dap add-on unit primitive access to features it currently has not (but should).
In the diff you can see we add self-hosted dap add-on to a bunch of unit primitives, so it will only affect this add-on (currently only available for offline cloud licenses)
