WIP: Move all repository routes under - scope

What does this MR do?

Move draw :repository under /-/ scope in config/routes/project.rb.

Most of repository routes are already under /-/ scope because of !20455 (merged). This one is moves the remaining few and cleans up things.

Moving all project routes under /-/ scope is this issue => #29572.
