Extend the ability to clone a dashboard so it would copy the custom metrics

What does this MR do?

This MR extends https://about.gitlab.com/releases/2020/01/22/gitlab-12-7-released/#duplicate-metrics-dashboards In %12.7 iteration duplicated dashboards dose not included Custom metrics defined by users on default dashboards. This MR improves UX by including Custom metrics in duplication process.
