Open tickets on boards in legacy view instead of drawer
Service desk issues have now been migrated to work item tickets. However, the work item detail view has not yet been updated to support tickets, so we need to continue to show tickets in the legacy view for now. So we are fixing a bug on boards so clicking on a ticket shows it in the legacy view instead of the drawer.

- Go to a board with the ticket (e.g.
http://127.0.0.1:3000/flightjs/Flight/-/boards/1) - Click on the ticket, which should open in the legacy view and not the drawer
