Refactor Geo Node Card

What does this MR do?

Closes #11326 (closed)

This MR adds the Geo Node Name onto the Geo Node Card in the Geo Admin Panel. It takes the Title area of the card and thus moves down the Node URL to the body of the card.

I also cleaned up the markdown a bit and removed a few <div> Also added some test coverage.
