Environments on pipeline page added

What does this MR do and why?

In this mr environments related to pipeline is added in pipeline page ,if deployed job is present related to environments then it show on page. Pipeline and environments have association through job_environments so if job_environments or deployed job is not present on environments, environments will not show on page
