Fix milestone layout in development widget

Removes local milestone classes to avoid conflict with component classes.

Updates expired text to use correct token. Allows milestone to always be shown, rather than hidden at small sizes.

How to test

  1. Associate a work item with an MR (reference an issue in an MR description)
  2. Ensure the work item has a milestone set
  3. Open the work item and view the development section and check the milestone layout
