What does this MR do and why?

  • Now, when experiment and beta features are disabled, you see Classic Chat instead of No Chat

How to set up and validate locally

Run in SaaS mode to test (also works for SM mode but there is complexity to test in SM until !216161 (merged) is merged)

Before this MR

  • WHEN I am signed in as a Duo Core user
  • AND my Ultimate root group has "Experiment and Beta features" disabled
  • THEN I cannot use regular Chat or Agentic Chat

After this MR

  • WHEN I am signed in as a Duo Core user
  • AND my Ultimate root group has "Experiment and Beta features" disabled
  • THEN I cannot use regular Chat
