Update UI text for GitLab Duo settings

What does this MR do and why?

This MR updates the UI text for GitLab Duo settings to ensure consistency with the GitLab style guide and word list. The GitLab Duo settings page was previously updated without Technical Writing review.

Changes include:

  • Using GitLab Duo instead of just Duo
  • Ensuring the terms used match our word list (for example, GitLab Self-Managed)
  • Fixing capitalization, punctuation, and overall style
