Draft: [Rubocop] Autocorrect API/EntityFieldType CI files

This MR runs autocorrect for API/EntityFieldType on existing API::Entities:: to mitigate autocorrectable todos. Update linter to reduce namespace conflicts when using entity reference. Due to the large number and domain variety of files that can be autocorrected, this is the first of several MRs of this nature.

This MR specifically targets Verify owned entities.
