Update 2FA disable modal according to Figma designs

In the 2FA page, when selecting Disable 2FA button, the modal has been updated and adapted to passkeys

How to set up and validate locally

  1. Enable the 2FA in https://gdk.test:3443/-/profile/two_factor_auth
  2. Disable the 2FA using the button.
  3. Repeat the above steps after enabling the feature flag: https://gdk.test:3443/rails/features/passkeys
