How to set up and validate locally

1. In the terminal, run bin/rails runner scripts/internal_events/monitor.rb work_item_move work_item_clone to track these events

2. Move and clone a work item in your local gdk, and verify that they have been tracked properly, and that the relevant metrics have incremented appropriately
