Reducing batch size for dependency export

We are occasionally seeing dependency exports encounter query timeouts. This happens for very large organisations where there are a large number of records for us to iterate over. When we are exporting at the top level group, we will encounter a sub-batch that could span a range of traversal IDs, so the query to find the occurrence records within that range could become a more-expensive-than-normal lookup.
