What does this MR do and why?

Clarify text about OTP authenticator app

We don't currently allow mutliple OTP authenticator app. The current text suggest the user to remove the registered authenticator if they want to register a different one.

The word device, previously used, could be confused in the context of passkeys and security keys, which are WebAuthn devices.
