Add "View" to toast shown after "Enable in group"
What does this MR do and why?
This MR changes the texts in the success toast to include a link to view this agent or flow within the group
Removal of the group name
I decided to replace the group name with just 'group' because depending on the length of the group name there could be a overflowing bug. This would lead to not being able to see the 'view' button. I'll find some time to fix it in GitLab UI and then show the name again in this toast.

How to set up and validate locally
- Prerequisite: You have a Duo workflow-enabled project.
- Enable the feature flags for the global_ai_catalog and flows (Product decisions)
- If needed, add some seed data: Setting up GDK for Workflow Catalog Development
- Visit http://gdk.test:3000/explore/ai-catalog/agents
- Enable an agent in a group
- Click on 'view'
- Repeat for flows
