• Quarantines 3 E2E test files that have been in fast quarantine for extended periods
• Plan milestone spec: Quarantined as flaky (https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/quality/test-failure-issues/-/issues/1507)
• Project creation spec: Quarantined for test environment issues in staging/staging-canary pipelines only (https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/quality/test-failure-issues/-/issues/927)
• Security MR widget spec: Quarantined as flaky (https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/quality/test-failure-issues/-/issues/932)
