How to set up and validate locally

  1. in gdk.yml set GITLAB_SIMULATE_SAAS: '0'
  2. ensure the user belongs to at least 2 Duo add-on namespaces
  3. go the user preference page and observe default namespace selector being available but don't set anything yet.
  4. If it has nothing selected, observe the Duo Chat being unavailable (and linking to the user preference page).
  5. now set a default namespace
  6. observe Duo Chat being available now
