What does this MR do and why?

I was working on security fixes and I missed the security patch because I forgot to check all the checkboxes in the security issue. Since most of the discussion was happening in the canonical issue, it was a mistake on my side. However, it was easy to prevent... I believe this small change may be helpful and remind developers to double check security issue once MRs are ready!

What happened is I missed I need to add security-target label to the issue in order for it to be included in the patch. Also this point in the security issue was not immediately visible due to automating truncating of large descriptions. I just thought it would be good to remind engineers to double-check checklist on the security issue to be sure their patch will be merged properly.
